Shigenobu Sato
Advisor
Joined Nomura Research Institute in 1997. Seeing opportunity in the individual needs that large firms do not serve, he founded Power Solutions in 2002. He grew the business through the MD system — multiplying small units rather than enlarging one — and took the company public on the TSE Mothers market in 2019. He stepped down as president to concentrate on growth through M&A, and now serves as director and senior adviser there, and as chairman of several of its subsidiaries.
